A delicate and delicious dish made with simple but superb ingredients. This is a first course dish made with only 3 ingredients, so it’s very inexpensive!

Vibrant, fragrant, and very quick to prepare, this dish is a must-try!

800 g Potato Gnocchi

1 Pack Genoese Pesto

100 g Burrata

Grated Parmesan Cheese

To Taste Pepper

1 knob Butter

Boil a saucepan with plenty of salted water and once it boils, add the gnocchi.

While the gnocchi is boiling, melt a knob of butter in a pan then add the pesto and a piece of the burrata, and mix together.

Drain the gnocchi and put directly into the pan with a little bit of cooking water and sauté for a couple of minutes.

Remove from heat, serve and garnish the plate with small pieces of burrata, grated parmesan cheese, and pepper.
